Animal Sponsorship
Program
With our collection of re-homed reptiles, amphibians, mammals and birds comes a lot of
care. In an effort to further support the lives of our animals, we have designated a
one year sponsorship cost to each one of them, inviting our guests with the opportunity to become more involved in our animals lives here.
By sponsoring one of our animals, you are directly helping cover the costs of their annual food, enclosure upgrades, enrichment, training and veterinary care—amplifying their ability to live happy, healthy lives at the Barn Nature Center.
How you will help support our animals:
Environmental Needs - lighting, heat and enclosure upgrades
Nutrition - diet requirements
Enrichment - stimuli to elicit natural behaviors such as feeders, habitat decor and tools for training
Veterinary Care - helps support the cost of vet bills and medication
What you will receive

Photo & information card of and about your sponsored animal
Recognition of your sponsorship on your animals enclosure and on our social media
Quarterly progress reports on your animal
In-person meet & greets with your animal
Pride in knowing you are supporting a non-profit organization that re-homes surrendered pets
From the largest animals in our collection to the smallest, each one has been given their own sponsorship cost that reflects the price of their annual care at the BNC.
With prices ranging from just $25 all the way up to $150, there is a little something for everyone!
What happens after I sponsor my animal?
Upon sponsoring your animal, you will receive an email within 24 hours (business days) that includes your animals photo and information card. The email will also ask you if you would like to be represented on our social media and on the animals enclosure and will contain more details on how to schedule a meet and greet with your animal.
