Homes & Habitats
Available spots
Service Description
As humans, our homes are central to our lives by providing us with shelter from the Earths elements. Similar to humans, an animals home is an essential part of its survival in the wild. From burrows hidden deep underground to carefully crafted nests up high in trees, many species have a specific niche that supports their success in the wild. This week of camp is dedicated to diving into the world of habitats where we will explore the unique features that shape an animals decision in where it creates its home. Between working alongside our ambassador animals and exploring the native surrounding flora and fauna, campers will be fully immersed in the world of ecosystems. Additionally, campers will showcase their understanding of what they have learned through a week long diorama of a habitat of their choosing. NOTE: You must complete a separate booking for each child. Your booking form should automatically populate after completing the first form. To that end, simply overwrite the child information on each subsequent form, leaving any information in place that remains the same.
